Sea Swimming

For the brave or crazy souls among you, the Sea swimming society meets weekly all year round to have a dip in the sea.
Whether you're a world class swimmer, or just want a paddle, the sea swimming club gives everyone a chance to have a dip in the lovely Cornish sea, with plenty of moral support to get you in whatever the weather.
You are free to stay in for as long or short as you like and to do as much or as little in the water as you want, with absolutely no pressure for you swim out of your depth.
On top of it being free, sea swimming is invigorating, promotes good circulation, is great exercise, is the best hangover cure ever (promise) and gives you a great excuse to have a slice of cake and some hot chocolate afterwards. We also have the occasional trip to the Spa across the road to warm up in the sauna.
If you do decide to come along, bring your swimming gear, (goggles if you wish to see some fish, swimming cap, a warm jumper and a couple of quid for a hot drink after.
So be brave, and come sea swimming. Now that you live by the sea, make the most of it!
